When To Book Our End of Lease Clean
We strongly advise booking our “Move Out/In” extra if your lease is coming to an end and you will be having an inspection performed by your rental agent. Because these inspections are so comprehensive, end-of-lease cleanings can take a long time, often longer than people realize!
When you are moving into a new house and want it cleaned from top to bottom, we propose our “Move Out/In” service.
We recommend against scheduling Hourly Rate services while moving out of a property because the amount of cleaning necessary when moving out is sometimes overestimated. When Hourly Rate services are ordered when a customer is moving out, we cannot guarantee satisfaction.
How To Book an End of Lease Clean
To book an End of Lease Cleaning service, go to the booking page and select the “Flat Rate” based on the number of bedrooms/studies in your property, followed by one of the “Move Out/In” extras. This service is upgraded to our End of Lease clean package. You have two options for extras: Move Out/In (empty) and Move Out/In (furnished).
Our Move Out/In (empty) extra is normal and should be requested for all properties where your possessions will be transported out prior to the cleaning.
